For unforeseen reasons, a transaction proceeds in an unpredicted manner, but the service staff did everything to bring it to completion, that quality of service is above expectations.

There always seem to be lag between ordering, then an update that the order has been transferred for delivery, before a notice to expect delivery. Even the time between the transfer notice and final delivery is extended.
