I dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful and patient with me and even offered me a discount code but time and time again the code wouldn't work. Thank you Chris for providing me with a good customer experience
Having urgently needed to replace a faulty charger within the warranty period, I reached out to customer support for help. Having been sent back and forth between customer support and the spare parts supplier (who were far more responsive and helpful than customer support) I eventually was forced to purchase a replacement at my own expense. By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
