I bought Siglent SDS804X HD scope with TesTec TT-HV-200 high voltage x100 probe. All the probes, including the 4 Siglent ones, were packed separately in individual plastic pouches with all the accessories which makes storing the probes neat and organized. I'm very happy with my experience. Also the price for the TesTec probe was remarkably cheaper than anywhere else. It's a very decent x100 probe - lot's of accessories, great materials and smooth spring action. I'm happy with the store and will be my first place to look for related items.

Pleasant display. Use of the manual is essential (at the beginning) as some functions are difficult to find. The "Adjust" button is a little too sensitive, as the choice is often changed when you press it to confirm. But the most annoying thing is the constant noise of the fan. It gets really annoying in the long run. Batronix service is beyond reproach: - price offer with a slight discount. - immediate shipment.

We're very happy with batronix's order management. From quotation to delivery, everything went smoothly and without a hitch. The response time of the customer interface is very good and the prices are the lowest found. I think the only way to improve the service is to expand the catalog. Offering keysight or tektronix products, for example, would make it possible to become a key player in all ranges.

I got a DOA bench PSU. After initial diag at their premises, the team was very supportive and managed to get the unit quickly repaired by the manufacturer. Excellent communication with notifications about progress and status changes.

I ordered a RIGOL SDM3068 it was sent DHL and come to Finland in about a week. comparing it against my Fluke 8506A and 731B verified it to be within it's specifications. experienvce is equally satisfactory as the 2 previous purchases of 2 Owon 100MHz oscilloscopes from Batronix
