I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

The service delivery is excellent from inception of order, tracking and delivery. The site is browser user friendly with notifications of discounts and updates on new product line. A versatile range of products to shop which is excellent. The only negative comment is the shoe range, the shoe sizes are difficult to shop, as I am in-between sizes, and everytime I shop for shoes, there is never any 3.5 shoe sizes available. It's either very limited in stock and not all shoes keep half sizes available. This can be improved.

I like the varieties of styles in both clothing and shoes!! Website is easy to manage.
1 I do feel that new items i see listed only have 2 sizes available eg often jeans won’t have size 14/16 but all the other sizes.
2 please give top shots of all shoes - its difficult to form an idea of only horizontal side shots.
3 while checking out the delivery date will be showing but often when paying or with sms notification it will give an earlier delivery date and then you cant change it. This is very inconvenient.

I like the amazing service i always get, i like the quick delivery and when returning anything it happens without issues and happens quickly. I'm over not impressed with some clothing items that seems like its from Shein and is sold at an exorbitant price. Also many jersey/sweaters I've purchased from u guys are such cheap quality they dye out after a few washes, either shrink or stretch.

I'm kind of sick of just seeing H&M everywhere. What happened to the more unique, quality brand offerings?
I still order from Superbalist because I can get a multitude of brands at once, especially being able to order international and local cosmetics/skincare together - But genuinely not that excited about apparel offering anymore because it's just crappy H&M on every. single. page.

Exchanges need to be handled better. Asked for an exchange, was given an email explaining how it works, then the courier arrived to collect only and said he had no exchange him. I was unable to select drop off option because this, and had to ensure I was at the house to “exchange”, then had to ensure I was again at the house for the next delivery a few days later

Great finds!
The buyers at Superbalist have a good eye and the choice is great.
Some interesting finds and prices if you are lucky and move fast.
As a tall person I do struggle a bit with finding large shoe sizes and XXL t-shirts and jeans but even this challenge has not prevented me from finding the right design, size and price at Superbalist.

the site, I love, the delivery and returns, I love, just find the sizing very off, so need to often order multiples. I get that its different brands, but often just the superbalist brand, is often HUGE, so its a pain, but otherwise, really, really, my favourite place to shop

Delivery times for orders is also good if there are few items, but tends to be longer for more items
I like the fact that there are multiple choices for both brands and nonbranded items. For that superblist is my number 1 online shop

Items ordered are perfect. I paid for next day delivery but received two days after ordering. There was evidence that one of the items had been tried on and returned by another customer, as the pant legs were turned up and the garment was not in its original packaging

Love the shopping experience, the delivery or pick up and the payment options. There is a need for a variety of clothing especially high end brands. The flooding of H&M, Mango and Cotton Onhas made other brands more muted and there are too many similar styles.
