Tell truth to the people. Do not try to retain customer if you failed with delivery time. Do not tell order already at customs if it doesn't crossed borders yet. Tell actual delivery time. One and half week, two weeks. Not "6-10 working days" My story: I've ordered a saddle for my city bike. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything matches my requirement (gel or memory foam + double springs) elsewhere so I've chosen Sportano. Initially they've told me than average delivery time is 7 days, but last ones were delivered in 5. It was ok for me so I confirmed order. Like they promised, the saddle was shipped in 2 days but then an infinite story begins. Week later I've asked about status. Now they told they do not remember about 5 or 7 days, delivery is done in 7 working days after package dispatched. So it's actually 9 working days which is almost 2 weeks! Of course I wouldn't agree with such terms and wouldn't order anything from them. But they told me "good news" - my envelope have crossed border and awaits on customs so it will be dispatched soon. Today I've asked about new status again and they told me the opposite - package still not crossed border. And I may wait almost one week more, and it isn't exact time anyway. I was angry and have cancelled my order. I do not suggest anyone to order anything from Sportano. Even if price is too good, event if there're no similar products at the local stores. You could always use freight forward services and order from the large e-shops online.
