Had an issue with an old device not working with the latest update. Contacted tech support and they were awesome! So much so, they modified the last update to include a "patch" for older devices and Google play store errors with the software!!! First-rate company, and their gps map app is fantastic with all the right extra bits, including BT obdii support! Doubt I'll ever need to try another mapping program for my travels!

I recently wrote regarding the Thork DMD 12mm AMPS Bracket SE I purchased, informing that one of the 4 bolts quickly broke in half during installation and further, that the provided holes/slots for the AMPS fitting were extremely small and had to be drilled to allow for the bolt size needed to accommodate the Carpe Iter cradle. I have received no reply or response whatsoever, not great customer service for someone who has spent extensively on your products.

Inform me, Please

I find it a little nonchalant not to inform me of the progress of my order. If it's a Holliday that's ok but inform me. You must be able to send an automated answer. I've been waiting for a couple of weeks and I don't know what's happening.

Thork Racing is a serious and professional website. But you must wait a little bit before to receive a response from them and sometimes it is necessary to write 2 or 3 times. what it could do better ....packaging of items (I received 2 which were broken). You sent a screen protector without wet screen to clean the screen. It's only detail but you ask me what you can do better, so....

Quality products.

I love the fact that the guys at Thork Racing are passionate about their product development. They provide quality products. I would have given 5 stars, except I had waited some time for the delivery of the item I had ordered. When I asked where it was , they apologised, and it arrived in 2 days.
