Ordered an electronic control unit for the airbag system which could not be obtained from the Audi dealer. OEMVWShop sourced this one. Took some time, but the part finally arrived and works as it should after being programmed by the Audi workshop. The car is now on the road again. Very satisfied, but the communication could have been better when the delivery took some time.

J'ai demandé la disponibilité pour commander et au final, un mois après la commande, on me rembourse sans explication. Un mois de perdu pour rien, ils feraient mieux de dire que ce n'est pas possible dès le début. Au final, un site qui a l'air attractif, mais les trois quarts des articles voir plus sont commandés vers leurs fournisseurs et en cas de refus ou d'indisponibilité, tout tombe à l'eau. Ce n'est pas sérieux du tout. Bref, allez en concession ou trouver des vrais professionnels, avec serte des prix plus élevés, mais des articles disponibles.

Good delivery

GP WebPay Credit Card Fee

The only issue we have is the fee on Credit Cards by GP WebPay. We have been ordering for the past 4 years and only recently have they been charging commission on credit cards transactions. It used to be free! Now this is ridiculous to pay up to €20 in credit card commission because the other mode of payment is even more expensive (Paypal, etc) and the Bank Transfer is only beneficial if ordering over €1.000 worth of spare parts. Please have GP WebPay waive this stupid commission fee for credit cards outside of European Union.

Everything great

I have made several orders and been thouroughly pleased, they send regular emails, as the order progresses to despatch and finally the tracking number, so the whole process is very good, the items are packed really well, plus a young lady that dealt with me once was able to speak English (I am in UK) which is a big plus, I was able to get parts that are otherwise difficult to obtain, I would not hesitate to recommend them, many thanks indeed.

Dieser e-shop ist perfekt. Sie helfen Ihnen bei der Auswahl der Artikel für Ihr Auto völlig kostenlos. Sie sind auch in der Lage, schnell zu bestätigen, die Verfügbarkeit. Sobald die Bestellung aufgegeben ist, wird man immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten, und auch wenn es etwas länger dauert, bis sie die Bestellung bearbeiten, bin ich absolut zufrieden. Die Qualität zu den Preisen ist erstaunlich.

AAA. Positive purchasing experience: The product was the same as shown, they were always attentive to answer me. As for the shipping speed, it was not so outstanding, but the product arrived at its destination and was well packaged. It must be taken into account that the final destination was Panama (Latin America).

I ordered a mechatronic. They helped me with choosing the correct one for my car & they also provided all of the necessary information. Even though it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive, it was worth the wait. New item for a great price. I recommend!

Warm customer service, acceptable asking prices, safe packaging and great condition. However, be aware of the handling time, you have to wait about a week or two for the parts to be shipped. The delivery is fast though. Overall amazing!

Wir waren erst ein bisschen skeptisch, allerdings haben sich unsere Befürchtungen nicht bestätigt und die Ware ist sogar noch vor dem avisierten Liefertermin angekommen. Sauber und gut verpackt, gerne wieder wenn wir Teile brauchen.
