I appreciated the communication from the shop. We had been unable to source a VW transmission part here in the US. Many other shops claimed to have it but were just set to drop ship a part they couldn't get their hands on. I went internationally and asked OEM VW to verify that they could source the part and they made sure that it was available to them. I placed my order and they let me know the lag time and then shipped DHL which is fantastic and got the part here a full week before projected in the date range. The part is what we needed to complete the transmission rebuild on a 2012 VW Jetta manual transmission, not an easy find.

I have been shopping through OEM for a while now, and there are no problems. They take a little bit to send the parts, but it is directly linked to the supplier VW. So, if this is your first time doing business with OEM, don't worry; your parts will eventually arrive (usually 15-20 days).

I like the layout of the website, it is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for, right through to the final purchase process. The professionalism and customer service is excellent.

The correct parts came and were not damaged and you were patient when it took time for my credit card to work overseas. People always responded to me via email to answer my questions.

Ordering and delivery worked perfectly. Support is responsive. Only the price for my spare was 9 times as high as original price. If this would be better I'd given 5 stars.
