Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast.
The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband.
I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size.
it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns.
but to summarize: you are good :-)
I thought it would work out cheaper buying direct from Helikon but after taxes and delivery costs ended up paying 20-30% more than if I’d ordered from a uk supplier. Consider redirecting UK customers to a local supplier in future? Also ordered same sizing in different styles but one style was too small to wear.

The products are nice, way for improvement in the shop
The products are nice, I like them and their quality, functionality and design is nice as well. Shipping is quick depending on your location. Unfortunately everyone is producing in China would be nice to have it at least produced in Europe.
Some products are (size, colour) out of stock for a long time. E-mail notification when product is back in stock didn't worked for me. Shipping costs could be free of charge when you order for a certain minimum amount. I recommend the purchase and hope some points might be optimised.

Good quality and good value for money for highly professional garments
The quality of the products is, in general, very high except for the fabric of one model of Covert Tactical Pants Denim Mid which fades too quickly with wear (1 week of use). The shipping and packaging of the garments is perfect and timely as is the tracking of the parcel. Overall, I am satisfied because these are work clothes designed for professionals.
