Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast.
The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband.
I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size.
it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns.
but to summarize: you are good :-)
I thought it would work out cheaper buying direct from Helikon but after taxes and delivery costs ended up paying 20-30% more than if I’d ordered from a uk supplier. Consider redirecting UK customers to a local supplier in future? Also ordered same sizing in different styles but one style was too small to wear.

Great company, great products
8 or 9 years ago I bought the infantry fleece Jacket in green/polish camo. It had been my most worn textile every since. Every day, during hikes and camping, while I was working in law enforcement in the US and while traveling internationally. Its a robust jacket! Some zippers have up lately,but only because I put the jacket in a dryer after washing it, what is usually rough on any textile. Just ordered a new one, so I can continue wearing this versatile, comfy, good looking textile for many ýears to come.

A great range of products. Some available in sizes that their UK stockists don't carry, and even after Brexit their prices are still competitive with UK ones. I got a bit confused with their sizing charts, which vary across patterns, rather than being standardised as I would expect. This resulted in me returning one pair for a refund. Their customer service operative was and is being very helpful and patient with me, and apparently they're working to standardise the sizing which will help a lot. Thank you.
Nothing to improve, although before in the past, there were very special offers throughout the catalog celebrating the national day of Poland or the 4th of July in the USA and those offers have either disappeared or are limited to very few items with very limited sizing or items that are no longer in the collection. These practices discourage regular customers.
It's just an opinion. Nothing to object about the quality of their products. Excellent as always
The clothing is in quality and design like described on the Homepage. The items i bought are designed in Poland and manufactured in China. The textile quality and craftsmanship is very good, rather the price is for clothing for heavy duty uses excellent. Shipment is easy directly from Poland. I am working in a Wildlife Service and need several pants and shirts over the year. I will surely order again at Helikon-Tex!

Excellent supplies from Helikon-Tex
I live in Australia and have only started using Helikon-Tex recently. All items have been superb quality, well made, tough and will last a long time. I have not been able to source a similar supplier anywhere else, so am very happy using this supplier. The postal charges to Australia are high, but it is worth it when you get high quality goods like the ones I have already received. Thank you and well done.

Excellent price to quality ratio
The clothing and bushcraft related products that I purchased from Helikon-Tex are of excellent quality. Built to last and with functionality in mind. For taller and slim people like myself, it is sometimes difficult to find the right fit. Sometimes too short in my regular size and way too wide in a size larger. However, this does not apply to all products.
Overall I am very satisfied with Helikon-Tex.

Products are awesome !
The Bandicoot is very large and I carry a lot with it.
The TMR is ultra light and confortable at the range. For me, the best chestrig for "civilian" training and using it with confidence.
The only con, not Helikon Tex issue : UPS shipping ! They are not flexible and I think they don't know modern tool like Maps/Waze/ any other app in order to find an adresse.

The “older” versions of trousers has small pockets inside the pockets that I miss in new mk2 models , those were really handy
