Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast. The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband. I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size. it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns. but to summarize: you are good :-)

I thought it would work out cheaper buying direct from Helikon but after taxes and delivery costs ended up paying 20-30% more than if I’d ordered from a uk supplier. Consider redirecting UK customers to a local supplier in future? Also ordered same sizing in different styles but one style was too small to wear.
