Your spare part offering is very large and it was easy to find the right part. Excellent!
Your delivery system did not work. In fact you ordered the part from Germany to Finland and your supplier used DHL. Unfortunately you did not make sure that DHL and in Finland Posti have my email and phone info and that created a long delay in delivering as Posti could not reach me. I had to fix it in waiting on OmaPosti chat-line for a long time and give my information through that. All the emails from OmaPosti were sent to Fixpart info-email and no one was replying to those or forwarding those to me.
Please fix this problem and you are even better and give an option to delivery the parts for a pick-up center (Noutopaikka) instead of home delivery. Working people cannot afford sitting home waiting for DHL-courier.
In the option 'Delivery to another address' there is missing a very important info field, namely the telephone number of the receiver. It is critically important to have the receiver's tel. number included, because without this information the local courier doesn't have any means to contact the receiver, and the shipment would ultimately be returned to the sender/Fixpart. The local courier does not contact the buyer, whose tel. number is asked for in the order form.
The return shipment almost happened to me, but I was able to give local courier (Post office in Finland) the receiver's tel. number. However, this required me to contact Post via a phone call.

After asking twice 'how many shock absorbers' are there in my washing machine, I got really vague, incorrect and nonrelated answers to my question. As I didn't get a simple answer as to how many items I should order, I ordered only one. The machine was in Hungary and after noticing there were TWO, I had to settle changing the one that seemed the worse. After reassembling everything, I had an acquaintance place a new order from you now knowing the exact part I needed. Only I had to do the same procedure all over again instead of getting the fix done properly the first time.

Received a wrong seal, while the site said this was correct.
Ordered a seal for a fridge. According to site, the seal was correct one for the fridge. Once the seal arrived, it was way too small and didn't fit. I opened a case and got respose - "We noticed you ordered a wrong part, please return the previous one..."
No. I ordered the correct part according to your site - and got the wrong one.
One of the worst customer experiences i've had. I'll try to find a new seal through local repair shops and i strongly recommend that no-one uses this so called "service.
Highly disappiointed.

Apart from reactivity on messages by email, all has to be improved. It is not obvious that the products are sent from Belgium, which in my case leads to a very complicated process to return the wrong product, in addition extra cost. In addition, impossible to find the next service point in Finland where to return the parcel, only got an address when printing out the address to return the packages, which i will not do. I am buying the cable or a new shaver now from Finland and will never ever use your services again.

Tilasin tuotteen, joka olisi pakkauksineen mahtunut pieneen kirjekuoreen. Se kuitenkin lähetettiin pahvilaatikossa. Toimituksen aikaikkuna oli lähes koko päivän. Ainoana vaihtoehtona oli toimitus kauppaan, joka oli puolen kilometrin päässä kotoani, vaikka asun kaupungin keskustassa ja lähempänä kotiani on ainakin kymmenen kauppaa. En enää koskaan tilaa tästä verkkokaupasta.

Every time I have orded AND paid something only half of the order is delivered. It’s a shame I haven’t been able to find the parts anywhere else. Also customer service seems to be a robot and don’t understand Finnish, terrible sevice! I have had to explain the missing parts many times until my problem is solved, takes weeks.

Good day, At the time of your order, we unfortunately did not have all products in stock (anymore). The products we did have in stock have already been sent to you, so you don't have to wait for those. The other part of the order will be delivered later. Bram, FixPart customer service
