Provide more and more detailed FAQ for travellers/customers who are not regular flyers especially seniors. Many seniors no longer have or can earn enough Miles in 18 months to make flight purchases with Miles. What options are there to use these Miles otherwise? Make clear the limitations and exclusions of Promo Fares, such as lack of Multi-city option with Purchase by Miles. Give cash customers more incentives and afforable upgrade options. The Air France Flying Blue website allows for many errors in data after entering, such as not making travel companion/Flying Blue Family Member data available in the Passenger Detail screen (I had to type in the data), and then in the Travel Documents page the system put my Family Member's Passport Details and not mine from my profile. I had to add a new passport and enter my own Passport Details and then in my Family Member's profile I had to add a new passport and enter his Passport Details all over again. This makes it easy for Passport information errors to occur. I also had difficulty transferring Flying Blue Miles while logged into Air France. Instead searched Reddit for answer to get around the "Low-assurance..." message and logged into KLM website, accessed Flying Blue profile and successfully transferred the Miles from within that website. Air France should provide a fix or workaround on their website.
I was booking a ticket and I also had a voucher that I wanted to use for the booking.
Every time I try to process the ticket, The voucher did not work. So I would have to start the whole process again of booking a new ticket and during that time there was always a price increase from the previous time had tried. To keep on paying for a higher price, I decided to just purchase the ticket in the hope that Air France will owner my voucher. This is the same voucher that Air France issued to me as a birthday gift. This is the same voucher that I was going to use Wele with the stipulated booking and the stipulated time of travel.
Yesterday morning I spoke to an Air France advisor by the name of who promised to look into the matter regarding my voucher and the ticket reference PHSTCT and get back to me, sh has not and lied to me .
She was to follow up and ensure that AIr France applied the $70 gift voucher to ticket so that I don’t have to get another voucher to purchase another ticket for another trip.
I really want that voucher to be applied on the ticket.
this voucher is valid and still within the guidelines that I should use before the 7th of September 2024 and to travel before the 1 st of June 2025.
The backstory is that I purchased the ticket on Air France and this is the booking reference PHSTCT. I had a voucher code BDCAJUNAVW
and wanted to use that voucher in my booking, but for some reason, it was not able to go through . Now given that I didn’t want to loose the ticket and the price kept increasing, I went ahead and booked it in the hope that Air France can honour the gift voucher which was still valid as of today.
This is not going to be honoured then I will cancel my ticket and I will not want to travel with Air France again because I don’t want there technical error and essentially a mistake that was not caused by me to affect me.

Hi Business Class Food. but missed connecting flight
Hi Business Class Food, wine and experience was delightful however my connection was so tight in Paris that everyone missed their connecting flight to Copenhagen. I was then told i would have to stay overnight in Paris becaufse all the flights were full. This caused a lot of stress as I had to be in Copenhagen for work and you would expect Air France not to approve such tight connecting times. After waiting an hour the ground crew did manage to get me on a flight which brought me into Copenhagen 5 hours late and I missed my meeting. This experience would make me not fly Air France again. Also amenity bag and cutlery while dining should be improved. KLM has Marcel Wanders design the whole collection of glassware and cutlery for dining which made the business class experience feel like I was dining in the meditarranean while in the air. Air france doesnt have that appeal. Thank you

The site is user-friendly, simple and meets my needs as a customer.
- I like the site linkage to membership account and how easy it is to navigate.
- I lt enables me to determine good ticket deals when I have some sort of flexible travel dates. I like the fact that it highlights the cheapest rate for each day, saving one some time to take a look at a larger range of dates and deals to make cost-effective decisions.
- While I may have called for help from customer service on some occasions, a lot of the time, I easily navigate around the site to change flight dates, seek for refund when it was necessary, easy self check-in, seat selection upfront.
Introduction of AI and multiple month price display to facilitate booking will be a bonus.

Finding and booking a flight was easy. Navigating the seat selection was not. It is not possible to go back in your selection, you have to start the entire reservation, enter names etc. As well, I had selected 2 seats but then because I had to start all over again, now those 2 seats showed as "unavailable" only because I had selected them minutes before. I waited a few hours and tried several times before they finally showed up as "available" again.

Great Flight Great Team
I felt the flight quality like the technical aspect of flying the aircraft, the pilots were amazing. The staff like the ground and air hostess were very kind, friendly, professional. They went to the great extend to keep the aircraft clean and neat. I flew to Mumbai because my dad’s in ICU, flying with Air France I felt I could take my mind off and focus on the important things.

My last flight experience was very good except for one of my seat mates needed a seat belt extender. She took up one and half seats . The middle passenger and myself shared the remaining one and half seats . On my return I saw that anyone who needs a seat belt extension should be purchasing an extra seat. The woman was massively obese 300 lbs . Why wasn’t this done?

Ease of checking and selecting best flight options
I really appreciated the ease of choosing the best travel option for me as the booking system allows checking of different departure dates in one or very few clicks. Having instant access to flight options with AF and KLM on the same listing makes it even more simple to select the best option.

Connections were straight unlike certain other airlines who never give you a straight connection at economy fare!
There was a glitch in seat selection. Contact by telephone was answered immediately!!! a rarity!

You sent me a gift voucher of $70 for my birthday. Yet I was not able to apply it on this purchase. None of your agents were able to tell me why!!! It expires September 7th; why send it to your clients, when they can’t use it and no one on your side can explain why. Very frustrating!

So we have not flown yet so I can only speak to the booking experience. Compared to other airlines I found the booking process to be quick and easy, destinations, itinerary, air fares etc were easy to access and understand. So far, my overall experience is excellent

It was ver easy to navigate your website. I wish I would have been able to go back a page after I decided I didn’t need the concierge service to the hotel. Of course, I changed my mind and wasn’t able to add that service after the booking went on to the next stage.

Flying direct from Ottawa.
Purchasing the tickets was easy as the website was user friendly. I am happy AF goes to Ottawa, making international travels more convenient as I don't have to make my wat to bigger airports like Toronto or Montreal. It saves time and is convenient. Thank you!

My flight booking involved a second airline where seat selection was not available through air france and no further direction was given. I was able to complete seat selection on their website however. Small issue but could have been an improvement.

Price Variations
When searching for flights, the prices change drastically when checking different dates or different routes, or comparing round trip versus one way tickets. This is really irritating when trying to plan a trip and find the most cost effective flight.
