My order was returned to bike-discount by DHL without any reasons (delivery in Switzerland). I called Bike-discount and they offered me to either reimburse me or send it again free of charge. I called a few times to have updates and everything I could talk to someone who replied to my questions. They also replied to my emails within 2 days. Overall, it took a little bit of time (quite normal during the end of the year holiday season). My order finally arrived and I'm very happy with it. If you're not in a hurry, you can order on bike-discount.
Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Thank you for your order and your review. You placed the order for the specified reference on a Saturday, and the shipment was delivered abroad on Tuesday. There was a weekend in between when neither we nor our logistics partner were working. We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. From our point of view, we were quick. In our webshop, we inform you transparently in several places about the assumption of the return costs.
