I purchased Wondershare Recoverit for Windows 11 but was unable to install it. I wrote to the company and they provided detailed installation instructions .I carefully followed the instructions and was able to install the program and recover all the files that I had permanently deleted in Windows 11.
The customer support was excellent however I would prefer to install the program from the confirmation e-mail without having to contact cudtomer support staff.

Na mojom PC som mal nainštalovaný Avast security free verziu. Neustále ma otravovoalo vyskakovacie okienko o nájdení škodlivého software. Objednal som si teda "Avast premium security" s tým, že tieto "škodliviny" mi to odstráni a budem mať konečne pokoj. Mýlil som sa však a som sklamaný. Zbytočne vyhodené peniaze, otravné okienka vyskakujú aj naďalej. Myslel som, že po oskenovaní PC a nájdení chýb mi ich Avast sec. prémium aj odstráni. Áno odstráni, ale keď "vyhodím" peniaze za ďalšie predplatné. Takže, to čo mi poskytuje tento zakúpený sofware hoci sa nazýva honosne "PREMIUM" mi urobí takú istú službu ako iné free verzie.

Fair prices, but very poor communication and customer support
Fair prices, but lack of communication is a big downside.
I ordered an Adobe plan which only needed to be a renewal of my existing Adobe plan - quite a straightforward process.
Instead, a whole new account was created automatically, without contacting me beforehand, causing issues which I'm still trying to resolve with the (painfully slow) customer support. It's been 2 weeks after the order was made, issue is still not resolved, and I'm still waiting.
I'll update the rating if this ever gets resolved, but right now I can't provide a higher rating due to the quality of service I've received.

La clave q me dieron no corresponde como se ve en la foto. Y la página de Corel a la que me mandaron tampoco existe.
Soy una abuela de 78 años q disfruta con el diseño gráfico, hago ilustraciones para mis nietos y amigos. y me será imposible ya comprar de nuevo el programa.

They send me to the kaspersky support with out any other alternative , I aked to refund on my Bill and never response , bad support , bad client attention , never gave me other opciones even if the licence said that there was no problems with the zone , the licence said issues with the zone, you cant activate this licence for your zone.

Answer the previous identical questions and do something about them. I have an expensive program that the sellers now tell me it will NOT work on my new Windows 11 Laptop. I want either a program that will work on Windows 11 or my money refunded.
